Scammer: Found a car on craigslist, 10 years old, looked to be in amazing shape inside and out, the price was only $2k. I emailed her and she said her son was killed in a car accident 3 months ago in his fiance's car and the car is bringing her too much sadness and that's why they are selling it so cheap. they want to make the deal though Online Services of Amazon. Hi All, there are a massive number of fake ads on craigslist. I created a chrome extension to help identify and track them. The new scam seems to be using a free enflick/text now phone number and taking it to texting instead of gmail. If anyone is interested the chrome extension is FREE and when you find an ad like above it will tell you if the ad has been reported or if the email used has been reported.
