This company is very underhanded, I signed up and paid for a free sample, paid 1.99, and 7.99 for these two samples. Two weeks later they charged my account 109.97, is this some sort of a joke? The cream isn't that good, I want my money back.

I too was taken advantage of by this unscrupulous company. I'm having my bank account changed AND I'm filing a complaint with the FCC. You WILL NOT continue to defraud people much longer!

    Typical "health product" cramming scam.

Use a "free trial" for "shipping and handling" as an excuse to get your account information, then cram through monthly charges, supposedly for "automatic shipments" they claim you "agreed" to, based on obscured or hidden "terms".

These scams will claim  you "could have cancelled", but they will do everything they can to make sure no one actually can cancel, like not clearly disclosing the terms, delaying the shipment of the "sample" until after the alleged "cancellation deadline", requiring the sample to be sent back to cancel, not answering the phone, hassling you if you do manage to get through, "losing" your cancellation, etc.

Nothing short of filing fraud disputes through your bank and shutting down the card or account number will stop the charges.

File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, the US Postal Inspector, and at www.ic3.gov
If you have a reaction to the product, file a complaint with FDA.
