Denied return

Walmart denied a return that i brought in. The clerk indicated that the reason given by TRS services was too many checks on file.i do not write checks, have 800+ credit rating. So, why the denial? When i called TRS i was told there was no reason for the denial and refered to FMS with a phone number that was non-working. Talk about getting the run around and waisting my time. BBB is my next call. Walmart, you  lost a customer
