I have got two complaints regarding my Airtel prepaid account.
1. i purchased my sim card of Airtel one month ago and after that once i talked to the customer care but after that customer care was blocked. After that whenever i called ur customer care no answer is coming and only one tone that send your queries in 120 words by SMS . So in this case my problem is not getting solved and i am not getting correct answer for my problem.
After this when i called your customer care from on another moble he told me that we block some numbers who talk more on phone to customer care for time pass. But i don't find a single reason to block my number or not answering my queries.
2. My queries in this regard is that why it has happened and why the inconvenience was caused by your company.
3. Airtel provides GPRS service on daily basis which is valid for 24 hrs the time customer applies for it. My queries in this regard is that why Airtel is continuing this service when one is asking a daily pack. Daily pack means that iyt is valid for 24 Hrs only after that it should be disconnedted.
4. It has happened with me so many times and i lost much valuable amount even when i was not using internet.
5. I applied for 24Hrs only so why it was exceeding for next 24 Hrs without the permission of individual customer.

6. This complaint is for the MD of Bharti Airtel , From whom i want a justified reason not to go to consumer court. The reason for this should be informed to me so that i can proceed to consumer court for further action regarding this problems faced my me and my valuable amount which was cut by your company.
7. this is a prior information to you so that you can take action.
