I was do a refund over 1 year ago which have not come yet.  I have called numberous times, spoke with a representative and the rep. said that I had to what about 3 months for a refund I now have been waiting since August of 2009 for my refund.  I initiately forgot about my refund until one day I didnt have any funds.  I then tried to call your company directly and there was NO! answer.  I got on the internet and looked you up I recently glaced at the message but never received my refund as of yet.  
Please send me my refund.  Here are some dates when your company was taking  money from my account:
5/11 $38.95 5/12 $25.00 5/14 $38.95 5/18 $38.95

    They were recently sued by the Illinois Attorney General, for making  unauthorized charges to consumer accounts.

    Contact the Illinois Attorney General to file a complaint.

    At this point, whether you get anything back will probably depend on the IL AG lawsuit, and whether the company has any assets left by the time a settlement is reached.

    In the future, immediately dispute unauthorized charges directly through your bank when you first find them on your statements.  Your bank can reverse them, but only if you dispute within 60 days of the statement date, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
