Pathetic Customer Service for Aquasure filter

This has been my worst customer service experience ever.Mt Aquasure water filter broke down and i filed a complaint on the 8th of Aug. There was absolutely no response for 8 days and so I filed a new one (No. 87471885) on the 16th.After around 8 days, a service engineer turned up and took the filter to his agency.When I tried to ask for some sort of reciept, He very rudely replied that the filter is a rotten piece and nobody will want to keep it. So i need not worry.I was very rudely told that he has more important things to do at his office than attend to me request and So I should not be complaining about the delays.
It has been a week since and I have been calling the agency (Tanu Enterprises, Gurgaon) everyday. I get the same reply that it will be fixed in a day. I made a very humble and polite request to return the filter as it is so i could at least ask some other shop to fix it. But they are not even ready to return it. I am getting frustrated as I am forced to buy bottled water everyday. On top of that the extremely rude behaviour of the people at Tanu Enterprises, is just making matters worse.
Please help my case. I just need my filter back and I no longer care if it is not fixed.And one thing is for sure that I am never buying any eureka forbes product in the future.

My name is Nikhilesh Korde and I live in Thane India. We bought a Euroclean Pro on 14.08.2012, invoice number 2442102731, order number 244038022. The product was used only once for demo after that the product has stopped working.
When your person delivered the goods, the box looked old so I asked the demo guy why he sold an old machine to me he said only the box is bad the machine is good.
We are chasing after the Service guys for the last entire week but no one is coming. Yesterday on 05.09.2012 a guy came to check our aqua guard (water purifier) and offered to look into it because he was from the same company (This sounds suspicious since no service person does this and since he came unannounced, it was only the maid he spoke to)said he will look into into it, but he couldn't identify the problem and said he will send someone. He also said that a part in the machine needs to be replaced. We don't know if what he says is true.
Why are you so lax with the service?
Why do you sell damaged goods?
Why should a brand new machine require replacements?
I didn't buy a cheap product, I bought a machine for Rs 25000 so that it would last not conck off in 3 days. Why should I accept this?
Was I delivered a faulty piece knowingly?
Who is the concerned person who will take care of my problem?
Why do you only come around to sell goods but not when we really require you?
If you focused more on customer satisfaction rather than marketing you would be a better company.
