Damage to my Vehicle

To whomever it may concern,

My vehicle has been damaged so badly and there is no response from Chennai office/Gurgaon office. Every person says it is not his mistake and asks me to claim Insurance.
No action has been taken from their side and my vehicle is laying in the parking. No one came to see it. I already sent mail to apm_chennai@agarwalpackers.com &  info@agarwalpackers.com and no response from them.
And worst part is that, your people who come for packing/unpacking always needs "EXTRA MONEY". The guy who drove my vehicle from my home(Gurgaon) to your office did not have license, does not know how to drive the vehicle. It is a commonsense for any Branch supervisor to send a person who knows driving with a valid license and who is honest and not the guys who asks "EXTRA MONEY".
There is no key. How can i lock my vehicle without a key... The handle is not moving freely. Handle is so tight and turns with a "Creech" sound...
