I subscribed new mobily BB services for BBM and internet as postpaid packaged last 8 Nov. 2011. The package is SAR 20 for a month, and I paid for SIM card no and registration SAR 65. The monthly payment has to be deducted by 8 Dec. 2011 accordingly. But since I registered the internet could not work through my BB unless at home or office by using WI-FI, secondly since 1st Dec 2011 both BB messenger and internet on my BB are not working at all. I recharged with SAR 20 this morning to identify whether I have to put on my credit as much as monthly payment supposed to be. Again till now my BBM and BB internet are still not working yet. I am thinking mobily does not deliver the service as made in the agreement. Please satisfy the customers.
