This is not a complaint but I am sharing my experience with you about Shreeonline.
I purchased two suits from shreeonline in January 2012. When i tried to place the order the website crashed so I then phoned shreeonline (contact number of office based in London) to place the order. After having placed the order I decided to read the reviews, which I had then realised I was too late and that I should not have placed the order as they had failed to meet orders from customers.
I then kept contacting them in regards to me orders so that they would not mess my order up. At one point they changed the delivery date but I made sure that I kept all my e-mails, noted down when I called them and who I spoke to etc as I knew after reading the reviews that this would happen to me too.
However when I received my delivery towards the end of Jan beginning of Feb they had only sent one suit which had complete different colours which did not match the item I ordered. I called and spoke to the advisor and he said that the item that I did not receive was out of stock. I requested a refund for that suit and asked him what I should do with the suit as it was no good to me because of the colours, I was advised to e-mail them pictures of the suit which I did, I had one e-mail from them and then did not hear from them after that.
I kept ringing but did not have any luck, apart from continuous lies about when they would refund my money. I then contacted my bank in regards to a charge back I had to complete a few forms and send the evidence to the bank.
I received my charge back but a few months later I had a letter from the bank informing me that Shreeonline had got in contact with them and that if I did not reply or complete the forms they would have to re debit my account, I was not happy about reading that letter so I sent a letter to the bank. I wrote in the letter that the company were not quick enough at re-debiting my account but as soon as my bank did the charge back they replied in seconds. I have not heard from them since.
My advise to you all is not to order of that site, I went on the site today at the bottom of the page they have got their policy about CHARGE BACK (this was not there previously).
