I CHOSE to rent a car from enterprise due to our F-150 needing repairs from a MVA. the night before I returned the car we went to a sporting event.

I returned the car and forgot some items that I had placed in the glove compartment. I could not remember what the items were, but i remember removing things from my purse that were heavier/that i didn't want to lose.

I called immediately and was assured by a CSR that he would be back in touch. Or not as it were. I called back a few days later and spoke with a manager, she said that nothing had been turned in from my rental and she informed me of the few items that they had in lost and found.

fast forward two weeks and i remember that Two of the items i placed in the glove box were quite expensive pieces of jewelry that I was taking for repair.

i went back to the enterprise location, spoke with the manager and she reiterated that nothing of mine was turned in and they had cleaned the car from top to bottom hen it came in.

so tell me, where did my sterling silver zuni and navajo dry creek ring disappear?

i will never rent from enterprise again and i will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

if an employee o will steal from a customer, they will steal from the company as well.
good luck with that.
