I put an application in with Quicken Loans January 15, 2015.  By far this has been the worse experience of my life.  There is mountains and mountains of paperwork and at least 15 loan officers.  They are constantly changing the amount of the closing costs.  In March I received correspondence from them that my closing costs would be 900.00.  Today I received a letter stating that the closing costs would be 1800.00.  In March they said that my payoff balance to Select Portfolio would be 83,000.00.  In the letter I received today the payoff balance is 87,000.00.  I have paid two payments.  Where did this money go?  I am just supposed to take their word for it.

In the morning I plan on calling them and cancelling my application.  I also intend on calling Discover (which I put the 500.00 deposit) and try to recover my deposit.

Quicken Loans are predators who prey on seniors like myself,  I guess we would be considered poor because my husband and I are on Social Security.  I am 71 years old and still working.....just to keep a roof over my head and food on the table and I am not going to be ripped off any more than I have been
