TV ad shows both rings available for $20.00 Not true. Charges for shipping and Expedited shipping $15.98
Shipping, expedited, should be only $9.99
After ordering the expedited shipping it shows 3-5 days. Calling Diamond Z-4 you are told 7-10 days.
I complained about the shipping and was told "we are giving you a $5.00 discount."
When I asked about the TV ad $20.00 for both I was told "Oh I don't know about that."
I asked to speak to a Mgr. Response "Oh we can't do that."
