Froze daughters apps tried to deduct money

My daughter did the free trial and cancelled two days before. My daughter has a PayPal account which she put a gift card on. At the time there was no money on the card. They attempted 7 times to take a payment. For what I don’t know she cancelled. To top it off they froze her apps so she can’t use anything in the play store. They won’t respond back, tried their Facebook page they tell me to use contact form, again no response. Please do not fall for this free trial
