To all of you who are getting calls from this company or the phone number 213-228-8111 please file complaints with the FCC at www.fcc.gov and with the National Do Not Call Registry at www.donotcall.gov.  There are hundreds of people getting these phone calls many times a day every day, including myself.  I filed complaints this evening and will file a complaint every time my phone rings with that number and name on my caller ID.  Maybe when the FCC and the DNCR gets thousands of complaints they will do something about it.

This so-called busines is calling us from the Phillipines and I got the following information from another website that has several more people complaining:

    Whoever did this post should have investigated first. First of all, US companies operating call center operations in the Philippines are leasing Globalreach facilities and voice gateways to reach out to their targets in the US and elsewhere. Globalreach is just doing business and they are not doing the unsolicited calls. Globalreach has no control of the calls being made in the same manner that AT&T and Verizon has no control of the guys making the calls using their lines. We specifically advised our client call centers to refrain from making unsolicited calls but how do you think we can prevent that. If you are bothered, get the name of the caller and the company h//she represents and direct the complaint to their organization.

    Secondly, my name, JUN MANGOSING, should not have been included in this list since I have moved to another assignment since January 2008 and your complaint was posted in July 2008.  You should be calling the attention of Atty. RANIER DAVID, whose been calling the shots for this company even before I left the company.

    You call my house at least three times a day. When I answer the phone you hang up when I call you back I sit on hold for several minutes and no responds. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP CALLING MY HOME!!!!!!

    this company has called my telephone...UNSOLICITED...several times a day, when i answer, it's a dead line...silence is all that can be hear...when i call back, call was answered and woman said she'd remove me from the list...we'll see......

    Thanks for posting this. I don't understand what they get from doing this. When I spoke to someone they told me I had applied for college online. When I started to question them they hung up on me.
