i got real bad reviews about this product. and i paid my money, what can i do? please help me.

    BBB report is thin, apparently only opened in October 2007.

    Two complaints, both apparently resolved, are shown in the last year, which would actually be since October 2007.

    Consumer complaints on this site show an on-going pattern of complaints about problems canceling automatic shipments and billing.  As always, never use debit cards or checking account numbers for on-line purchases, in case merchant is not responsive to cancellations.  It is simpler to close and change credit card accounts than checking accounts.

    In addition, there appears to be an on-going flame war, both on this site, and on complaintsboard.com, between sides both for and against "orovo".  Draw your own conclusions.
