AC Technician not deputed for re-Installation at New location ( Adyar ,Chennai-600 020).
Customer Complaint Register No:- 421396556.

Poor service support from Sumsung customer care & Company.
Past 5 Days waiting for installation.Any phone call not received from Dealer past 5 Days.But Customer care saying that, Today  before 8 Pm call will receive ,Like damaged recorded voice massage am receiving from Sumsung Customer care. No Result.

    TVS, Electronics ,Nungambakkam has not informed to AC Technicians regarding Re-Installation of 1.5 TON AC( Model 2012).
    So, AC Technicians always crying to install the AC Unit.

    Not checked suction & Discharge Pressure .And also not measured Room & Grille Temperature.

    Technician not having Thermometer, Manifold gauge.

    AC Technicians  always argument type.
    It seems Poor service and Unskilled manner workman ship.

    AS a customer not satisfied.

    Rating 2 Only(Not Satisfied)
