Country: United States
I ordered a 30-day sample of Natra Pure on the Internet.  About a week later I received a 7-day sample of a Power Flush 500 with no paperwork or return label.  While I was still waiting for my order of Natra Pure, I received a charge of $89.31 on my debit card.  Called the company and received the worst customer service I had ever seen.  Could barely understand anyone that answered the phone, in addition I was hung up on twice and was told by one of the reps that they were not allowed to give out the name of the company because they had an agreement with the company not to let anyone know their name… (hummm must have something to hide).  Finally got a supervisor named Jackie who told me that if they ran out of a product they would just send something else, that was why I never received the original order.  She finally offered to cancel the order and refund my money.  Money was refunded to my account then a few days later another charge of $87.31 was charged along with a $2.68 international shipping charge.  Called back out to customer service and it was clear after just a few minutes on the phone I was not going to get anywhere with them.  Called my bank and filed a dispute, along with canceling my card to prevent any further charges.  Also filed a claim with the BBB along with the Federal Trade Commission with the hopes of helping stopping this company from scamming anyone else.  Next time I will do more research, had I done a search on the Internet on this company it would have been very clear that have been scamming people for a long time.  I am just wondering why this Utah based company who has so many complaints against it has not been required to change its business practices.  This behavior would not be tolerated if this was a local business, why have they been allowed to hide behind the Internet?

That is the scam:  offer some low cost "trial offer" for "shipping and handling", so they get your account information, and then pile on charges for over-priced products for alleged "autoshipments".  Avoid providing any actual way you could cancel before they start charging you, even as they claim it is a "trial offer" that you can cancel to make the initial sale.

The fact they operate this way probably indicates they have few happy repeat customers.

It is a common practice for this type of product, and you can see complaints against a number of companies in various states all doing the same scam.

I got fed up with the "trial offer" scams so I usually buy these on ebay (without the annoying trial offer stuff) but there is none to be found... which makes me believe they are not as popular (=possibly works) as they make it out to look. I honestly wouldn't have minded trying it out... but if the annoying trial offer is the only way to try it out... I'm skipping out on this one.

I had the same trouble.  Will have to go your route as to fighting the charges and cancelling the card.  Isn't there some other organization that can help to put a stop to this?

see my comments under Nubodi.  Return all products register mail and get receipt.  Use this number  801-208-7405.  I talked with Nico, had my receipt and now have my money!  Several of these companies operate under Nubodi in Sandy Utah.  I've even contacted the Sandy PO and PD .  Threaten to report them to the fed agencies for licensing to do business in the  US. Don't talk to girls who read off sheets and are petrified of their supervisors.  Get the supervisor and demand to know who licenses them in the US.  Be firm and stand your ground.  Change your credit card number as as soon as possible.  Tell them they are on complaint lists all over the net.

    Best of luck,

    Fed Up with Scammers
This company is a scam . I was charged and shipped this stuff without ordering it. They got a hold of my CC# and info somehow (I'm guessing they've hacked it themselves or bought the info). They must be in cahoots with FWM and AG skin care. All charges and orders happened the same day and all accompanied by an international transaction fee. So in my mind this is a scam based overseas. File fraud claim with your card company now, cancel your card. If you look around the net, they start charging your card frequently and as noted here you can't stop it or get a refund from the companies.

Avoid this company like a deadly snake.

I responded to a "free trial" offer and did receive the initial supply. However, there was no info re the company accompanying the shipment, AND I was charged $89.61 on my credit card less than 30 days later, without any product being shipped.

The product does work to some extent, If you call diarrhea "colon cleansing".  However, for less money, you can go to a nutrition store in at a local mall and get something that works as well, without the hassles.

It really irks me that I will have to cancel the credit card to put a stop to these charges, but I will do it today.

Well, my friends, I am suffering like all of you making the same innocent mistake of accepting the trial offer of Natra Pure and Acai Berry for a measily shipping charge of $3.95.  Now I am dealing with 3 unauthorized charges on my credit card and Natra Pure refuses to remove them stating I violated the 12 day trial period, which I did not.  My husband had to threaten them with legal action to cancel my account with them, and honestly, I highly doubt if it was cancelled.  I searched the internet and just filed a very lengthly detailed complaint to the Internet Crime Complaint Center which is linked to the FBI, and all info I submitted is being sent to the proper law enforcement agencies.  I told them I would be willing to help them in ANY way that I possibly can. So do not hesitate to file your own personal complaints with them.  I am sure they would appreciate any further info we all can supply.  Meanwhile I am taking this up with the fraud dept of my credit card.  I have had enough headaches over this scam and I hope and pray these vampires are found and dealt with.  Good luck everyone.
