Locking my account

Money Gram has been locking my account for no apparent reason. I had to call the company and ask them to unlock it. When I ask them about the reason why they always lock my account, they say that because I didn't log into my account for a while. I do have a relative who also have an account and he hasn't logged into his account for a long time, yet they never lock his account. Bad company!!!!!
