I have received three emails one on sat saying they are from speedy cash {adv.america} and that I owe them 847.91 and that if i did not pay in 6hrs i would be sued. I have no loan with speedy cash so I tried to contact these people and no luck getting through. I have contacted the co who is helping me get caught up on my loans and was told it is a scam and to report it to uce.gov. I sent the emails to them.

    It is a scam..
    These threatening emails on fake "payday loans" are probably coming from overseas scammers, probably in India or Pakistan.  They typically use free gmail or similar accounts, so you might contact Google (for gmail.com), or Microsoft (for Outlook.com) etc, to report the use of the account in a shakedown scam.  They can shut down the account.
