I set up a rehab program for student loans. I told them to take it out of one account that I had because they said that they couldnt do it any other way but electronically (charges $9.00 a pop) Then I switch to a different account and the first payment went through. The second payment went through on the account that I switched from and I incurred $128 in overdraft fees. I called RAB and they acknowledged that I changed my account info but "it didnt go through." Now, the very reason I was trying to pay my student loans back, to get my credit fixed they are screwing it up worse. I had to pay the fees myself because they wouldnt do anything for me even when they said they would if I sent them my bank statement. I sent it two times and even spoke to a girl while she handed it to her floor manager and they still calim they never received it. I had to pay my fees before my bank turned me into collection. I call them again and now all of a sudden Im allowed to pay by check every month and that waives the transfer fee. Nobody seems to know anything but they want your money. They are a joke!!!! And no statements or brochures to show you how "legit" this company is. I think its a scam, check out all the other complaints, mine isnt the only one like this......  PO'd
