Horrible Product & Service

I have  a 3-month old vacuum cleaner. It shuts down in the MIDDLE of use. I leave in a one bedroom apartment so it shouldn't shut down within 10 minutes. I called the customer care line and spoke with a representative named Keith who is the most rude customer service representative I've ever encountered. After I finished telling him what was wrong he had the nerve to ask me "Are you done?" "Can I talk now" The only decision they had was to drive to a representative to fix the issue, but I think I'll trash it and never purchase from them again. Thanks for nothing!
