cell service in jamaica

we went to jamaica from jan 6 to jan 13 and we purchased $90 worth of the cheaper cell phone minutes. In Jamaica we were unable to use the phone and unable to make a call or get a connection. On our return I called to get a credit for the unused $90. I was told that Rogers would have to wait til after Jan to confirm that we did not use the phone. We spoke to a Rogers person who confirmed that the credit should go through and gave us referrence number # I573506864 Please confirm that the credit has gone into our account.Thank you the cell number is 1-519-859-1928
