They are crooks

Direct TV provided me good service while I had them, but when I decided to move, they told me that I had to pay a $220 early termination fee.  I disputed that since I had been with them for over two years.  They claimed that when they offered me a "free" HDR upgrade they logged it as a move in there system and restarted the two year commitment.  A complete scam, those [***].  I complained to the BBB, but they are totally lame and caved to Direct TV because they pointed to the contract agreement WHICH I NEVER SIGNED OR AGREE TO as part of the "free" upgrade.  Lesson #1 - stay away from any "free" upgrade or other offer from Direct TV.  Lesson #2 - Direct TV is a scam and should be avoided at all cost.  They are crooks and should all be in jail for taking my money.
