Mega Milions Winner

Received a phone call from a Robert Hatch at 518-772-0912.  Stated I had won 2.5 Million in a drawing for Mega Millions, and that a Peter Blake would be contacting me for the Bonding and a Fee of $300.00  to make sure that the money was delivered to me via Certified Check before December 15,2018.
This is a scam I am sure.
