I did not request a renewal of the software for my computer

I had used the DRI TREND software for my  computer, but I did not request it to be downloaded on my computer on 11/22/2011 as I am using a different anti virus program. I was surprised to see a charge on my credit card. I want the amount deducted from my credit card and I want to discontinue having it charged to my account.   Sylvia Lovley
