europecar were called last night as one of their cars blocking my drive the entrance to my hotel dispite a white line and a dropped curb the police have been 3 times looking for them i rang and spoke to mel last night on customer service no apologie she didnt care i have rung this morning and told to email my complaint they cannot even deal with a complaint but they are quick to take your money
