I bought a package to travel to Orlando back in November of 2011.  I was not able to travel due to illness and now when I requested a refund I was told that the time for the refund had expired and that the only thing they could due would be to extend the period to book a trip , but  I would have to pay $100 more.

This company obviously is inescrupolus and it seems that they still are getting away with it. They have so many complains in their records that is hard to understand why the authorities haven't done anything to pay for their crooked deals.
