I keep getting calls from 678-392-3372. They leave bizarre short (1 sec or so) msgs, such as "the Joker", or "Okaaaaaaaaaaaay".  They call multiple times a day.  BTW, doing a reverse lookup says its a landline from Level 3 Communications.

    Dude. I get calls from them all the time, any idea how to stop it? I'm paranoid.
