I have been receiving calls asking me to pay the delinquent account of James Lazatin Gozun, i was told i am a guarantor or co-maker of his credit card. how can i be a guarantor or co-maker when i don't remember signing any contract or application form for his credit card?  The caller uses harsh words as if I was the one who made the purchases threatening me to be served warrant of arrest, how can i have a warrant of arrest when not even a demand letter was sent to me with regards to this matter?

    Last Saturday July 6,2019 a friend called me telling that he is worried about me because a certain Sargeant Ryan Collin from Camp Bagong Diwa make a phone call to him telling that he has a warrant of arrest for me for RA354 Resumption of Malice filed against me at Taguig Regional Trial Court. Sargeant Collin told my friend to tell me that I need to call a certain person which is Atty Romualdo Reyes to request for a TRO. I'm so confused by then because I have mo idea about the matter and Im not that rude or bad to be arrested for resumption of malice which for I know it is a libel case... to my worry I called immediately the said Sargeant Ryan Collin and asked him about the said warrant, he said that I need to call Atty Romualdo Reyes to request for TRO to hold the warrant of arrest. After talking to Sargeant Collin,  I called Atty Romualdo, to find out that its about my online loan (Cash Whale) that is past due for 5 days...  the said Atty is threatening me that if I will not settle my account within the day they will arrest me, hold all my pertinent documents and to get fired on my work. As new to this situation, immediately i find ways to pay my loan and do so. After that stressful conversation with the Sargeant and Atty i feel relieved. But the saddest news comes my on a Sunday morning July 7, 2019 to find out that the two of them already called all my phone contacts and harassed them and insult me to my friends and relatives. I feel I want to end my life for that shameful insult for 3000 I have loan to them.... Cashalo... I hope this will serve as a lesson not be be involved in the online lending. I belive that God is watching them and I will pray for them to realized what they are doing. They ruin my life, my friends and most especially my family....😟😟😟

    My office received a call just now from a certain John Kurt Mendoza posing as a Verification Officer of the Philippine Tribune.  He alleges that the office of Atty Romualdo Reyes is putting up a blacklist ad against an employee, who has actually been separated more than 10 years ago.  He admonished us to come up with some waivers of else the name of my office will likewise be included in the "do not transact" advertisement.  We contacted the employee and swears she has no idea about Atty Romualdo Reyes.

    There was an instance when an SP02 from Alaminos Laguna went to my house as he said there was a call from the National Police for my warrant of arrest but they would like to "intervene" first - one of my sons brought them to the barangay hall as they try to explain and my son insisted to produce a subpoena or any legal document that would show I am owing such and such banks. During the last two days, my children were being harassed by a certain Major Guevarra from NCR.  Apparently, they will send the police to my house in the next two days if my son will not call Atty Romualdez Reyes to settle my case out of court because I owe a lot of money and that I have been a part of a scam???

    I mean come on, Atty Romualdez Reyes worked in the Supreme Court of Justice in 1985.  And I dont think Major Guevarra of the National Police who is busy fighting more than 6000 drug buy-bust crimes will have time to call my sons just to say Atty Reyes wants to "settle my case outside of court"

    We have records of the conversations, we have the numbers of the caller, we have all the threats so now we are going to proceed and will send these to my lawyer and his team who will then be tasked to investigate as I am so mentally stressed with the harassments that my children get from very unsrcupulous people like them.
