    This is a CROOK in Jamaica!  You won NOTHING.  DO NOT respond to him./

    The caller ID reads "JM Kingston" (JM = Jamaica).  876 is the area code for Jamaica.  The PCH scam is something of an industry in that country.  US authorities teamed with the Jamaica Constabulary in "Project JOLT" to catch these scammers.
