Charged money twice and received no product

I have also been charged twice and received no product.  It was also through Dr. Oz.  If anyone knows how to get my money back please let me know.   Once $99.15. And once $86.15.  That is a lot of money for nothing.

      Contact your bank immediately to dispute the charges, and have them shut down your account or block your card number to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

        My stupid [***] bank was on their side...and Did not do a damn thing about my situation....but oh yeah closed out my card and deleted the transaction but it still came through...WOW...I am taking my checking acct. To somewhere else...Where is all these terms and conditions at?...why wasn't it sent with my order....These are some shady ass people....
