I have been getting repeated calls from 252-346-6321 from a surly rude woman who claims to be calling for Lazer Lending about a loan I took out in 2012 which she refuses to provide any other info about or to verify any info but she wants me to provide a ton of my personal info to her.  She refuses to give her name and when I press for verification all she will say is she has given me everything she is going to calls me a nasty name and hangs up on me after threatening to file legal action.

First I have never heard of this company she CLAIMS to represent.  Second if I supposedly did get a loan does it seem strange to anyone else that they would wait 4 years to contact me.  Third if they do have any real evidence would they be so reluctant to prove their claim????? Fourth the only info of mine they have is an e-mail address that is not even mine, the last 4 of a social which again not mine, and a phone number which is less than 6 months old.  Four years ago I had a completely different address and number and I am quite sure if I HAD done a loan I just may have used that info not info from 4 years in the future since my crystal ball has been broken for well over 6 years.

Another fraud complaint against that number:
    https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-252-346-6321
It follows the usual fraudulent shakedown scripts.
If it quacks like a duck, it's a duck.

    It's interesting that they...
...call themselves 'Lazer Lending':  http://18438.rejectclick.com/reject/?feed=x55&q=cash+advance  And the name is so close to 'Laser Lending':  http://laserlending.com/  A couple of different things are going through my mind here:  Somehow they (Lazer) wrestled some information about lending, perhaps a portfolio with personal information, from Laser and attempted to run a business for fraud purposes, figuring that the average person would not know the difference between the two and throw their money at them (Lazer) instead of Laser.  Or, Laser has gone rogue.  All I can say is that if it's a collection agency, it's corrupt at its heart.  No amount of changing one letter in the name ('putting lipstick on a pig') will change that.

    Smells like a Buffalo scam..
    1)  Rude and abusive caller
    2)  Supposedly "an old payday loan"
    3)  Yet no information on this alleged "loan"???
    4)  Acts "authoritarian", like that's supposed to be a substitute for documentation
    5)  Demands your information when she provides nothing.
    6)  Cagey about who they are.  You have no idea who she is, and she wants it that way.
    7) Threatens legal action, when she clearly has nothing to base that on.  Why hide who you are, if you're supposedly "going to sue" and that would come out in the process?
    Bunch of lies.

Recd a call from recovery support saying that I owed money to laser lenders and ops solutions.  Never heard of either one.      They had my last 4 of my social which really upset me.  They called my work phone and my husbands phone and my 3 kids.     I had 2 phone numbers 4 them that no long worked in the matter of 15 minutes of me speaking to them.  8443690788 and 8562142271.  Unfortunately , I gave them my debit card number but when I was waiting for a confirmation number I decided to call my bank and cancel my card.   Nothing is safe anymore

I received a call a couple months ago from a Mediation firm, stating that I took out a loan in December of 2013, from Lazer Lending, for the amount of $430, andif  I don't pay it,it could go to court and be somewhere close to the amount of $5000. I screwed up, because I didn't know any better, because I was just coming out of court for Divorce and Custody. I made an agreement for settlement at the amount of $789. Today I found out that this company charging me the $789, is illegal.

I get multiple calls from various firm including Lazer Lending representatives. I do not owe for a payday loan to anyone. When I ask question I do not get answers. The only clear thing is that this happened between 2008 and 2010. They know the firm I worked for but nothing else. This is BS.

I got a call from a company called GSA starting that I took a pay day loan somewhere between 2006 and 2016. They had an address i lived at in 2005 and my social but i never got a pay day loan in my life. They said they would take me to court for over 5000 or i could pay out of court 500 to settle.  How do these ppl get all the info and stuff and can they really take me to court?

Received a call regarding a supposed loan I did not repay from Laser Loans.  Phone # 844-314-5741.  Threatened me with arrest & jail time if I didn’t pay them $800.  I told the snarky woman who was trying to intimidate me that I never had a loan from this company.  They had a lot of my info including an old address & workplace.  When I told her I had no intention of sending her any money she said “I’ll tell the judge you refuse to pay” & she hung up.  I receive these annoying calls about once a yr.
