i went to use my prepaid credit card today and it was declined i checked to see why when i got home this company took 24.95 off my card. not sure what to do until i checked this site thank you for all your help.

    File a fraud dispute through the company that issued the card, and have them block it and transfer your deposit to a new card.

    File fraud complaints with FTC and the Minnesota Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov

    This company is a division of "Customer Relationship Services" and their number is: 800-916-1932. Apparently I ordered something online and did not see their little hidden check box. If you don't "uncheck" the box, then you are automatically signed up for their service if you do not cancel within the trial period. The "lady" with membership services could not tell me what the product that I ordered was and was going to send me a "request for a refund form"..........without bothering to ask for my address.

    Filed a fraud complaint with my bank and ordered a new card.

    This company has already taken 65.85 from my husbands credit card account.  I finally found a phone number and talked to a person who gave me a cancellation number of 1139994789 and said the charges would be stopped as of today.  Now I'm wondering how I can get the 65.85 they have already taken from his account?

    I got charged twice of 24.95 from my account and I went to my bank and got a card and sent it to dispute and told them it is fraud and they scan people for there money and they are going to get in trouble for doing that

    I just got a charge of $ 3.95 hoe they got my card number? It is cancelled now.

      We got the same charge today.  I had a. Lock on my credit card and they refused payment.  On card company's advice I ordered a new card.
