Hi, I have recently ordered a couple of Flip flops through classiccloseouts.com and I was been curiously waiting for the product but it never reached me. I tried for the customer support but there is no number exists in the site. There is an option of contacting them through email but they never respond you back to your email. Later I realized they are "No. 1 cheaters in the world". I read quite a few bad complaints about the site after placed my order. I'm posting this complaint so that no one will order anything from this site and I'm also expecting soon government will ban this site. Thanks, Vijay.

    I was charged twice by this company for merchandise I never even ordered.

    I placed an order three weeks ago, it still hasn't arrived. When I went to the website to check the status of the order, www.classiccloseouts.com is at the moment the home page for "Jerusalem Online University".  There's $36 I'll never see again.

    To any and everyone: I just got my letter from the US Dept. of Justice, dated 9/23/2011. Charges have been filed against Classic Closeout! The defendent, Greenberg fradulant charged consumers' credit cards/debit cards without their authorization in excess of 5 million dollars! I didn't know the business did this much damage to its customers. I caught the charge on my card in 2008 and filed a complaint to BBB, and the HQ for retail fraud. It took years but this is it! Justice prevails. The case# is 2010R00399, court docket#11-MJ-00683.
