arrest warrant for unpaid loan

a Nick Johnson left me a voice mail saying that he had several warrants against me for an unpaid loan. I returned his call since I have no knowledge of this loan but he insisted that he had all the paperwork in front of him.. he said if I didn't pay, he would have me arrested, seize all my assets, including my home.. he also said he would contact social security and have my benefits frozen. he said if I made restitution to his company, he would have no further reasons to do all of this.. it sounded like a scam to me so I hung up...
