Dispute over charges for service not rendered.

My advice do not do bussiness with this company! At first I was pleased to have been selected as a member of the Prestigious National Honor Society.  But due to circumstances beyond my control with the federal agency that I consult to I was directed to establish your source of my biography data.  After numerous phone call and E-mails this has not been establish.  I was also directed to stop all of my biography data from being placed in any open forum.  
At this date I believe that the Prestigious National Honor Society has complied with this request. But now we are at dispute as to charges made to my credit card and what services provided.
- For Networking Program    $ 199.00
- For Networking Program     $ 325.00
- For V.I.P. Membership        $ 350.00
- For Book            $ 325.00                      Now if the Prestigious National Honor Society has complied with all of the requests, what service am I getting for the $1,199.00?
I have not used the Networking Program! $ 524.00 for what?
The V.I.P. Membership, what is this? $ 350.00 for what?
And the Book, why would anyone want a book that they can not use and should not have there name in it?  $325.00 for a useless book?
