Crap service & ridiculous charges

We have also had a bad experience with Europcar.  Wrong car, was given a small car which couldnt cope with any mountains or hills, which in Spain is a bit difficult.
We got told i could be an additional driver for free which was great, so we added my details.  Since retunring we have been charged £9 per day for me being an additional driver.  I didnt even drive the car, we only did it because we were told there would be no charge. Lie Number 1!!
We returned the car full of petrol yet we got charged for petrol - Was a good job i took a picture of the petrol gauge to argue this point.  Cheeky buggers!! Charging us for petrol we had already paid for. And then the cheek to charge us for re-fuelling services on top of the petrol.  WHAT???!!!!

Still waiting for customer services to get back to us.  They say ten days but we have been waiting 16 days... Well what do they care, they've taken our money off our cards already.  They arent in a rush to return it to us.

Do not use Europcar!!  Too many bad stories all over facebook, twitter, everywhere.  Its a sign its not a one off and therefore a BAD company
