Unwanted Calls

This company has called me twice so far, they know my full name and my unlisted phone number.  The same person has called both times and was very persistent that I turn my computer on and he would walk me through identifying the viruses and problems on my computer.  I didn't fall for it - and asked them to not call me again -- we'll see it that works!
