This company is very underhanded, I signed up and paid for a free sample, paid 1.99, and 7.99 for these two samples. Two weeks later they charged my account 109.97 ,I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND STOP FURTHER SHIPMENTS. THEY SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT DO THAT. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD SEND ME AND EMAIL EXPLAINING HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. NEVER RECIEVED A FURTHER EMAIL. DON'T KNOW HOW TO STOP THEM!!!!

    Got the email telling I had to have authorization #,k but she said I called too latem, and they wouldn't take the unopened bottles back or give me a refund.
    Can anyone HELP??

      I also got scammed by this company..CDerma & Auravie..the number for RDerma is 1-888-558-4443.  I kept my shipping invoice..but still have not received a refund..they have had my full unopened product since May 30...and I even have a returned delivery receipt..they keep telling me to wait 3-5 days..that has been going on since may 30...I keep calling every 5-7 days..same thing being told to me every time.  They refuse to give me a name for a manager, supervisor or corporate office.   Call them, maybe you will have better luck than myself..good luck..very expensive lesson for us to learn.

    found out something. CBC*RDERMA.COM is the same as Belisi.com their # is 800-434-1962

    Keep asking for a supervisor--had to ask numerous times before they "allowed me a one time refund". Like I'd ever do business with them again.

    You mentioned you returned the product. What product? What did you return? I dont even know what product you are referring to. All I know is I was charged $89.98 for something I know nothing about. Can anyone tell me what product and the company.

      The product you got charged for is most likely RDerma..it is a face cream.  Did you do a trial for a wrinkle cream or face cream for $1.99 shipping fee, free trial?  I did, and it is the same as everyone is complaining about..the phone number is 1-888-558-4443.  Good luck.
