Home modification doesn't help if fall in the wrong hands

True! True! Home modification from wells Fargo is bs. Funny how they said forms or paper work is missing when them don't even call u back n request it. In my case: I have turn in everything many many times n this is there excuse for turning me down was that on my tax returns -some paper I didn't sign at the bottom n date it. Will if that's the case why didn't they call me n ask me to do so because that is so easy. But I didn't know that I was suppose to sign it because no one call me n tell me so. In the mean time I called in at least twice a wk n leave massages . Which they never call me back or answer my my phone calls. The one the does answer the phone doesn't know anything n every time asked me to wait for brandy Ritchie to call back . What a joke . Times was two days before my fireclosure date that she told me that she need my signature but it's to late now n that she can't help. Brandy Ritchie, you have weeks in advance to let me know but why didn't u do so.? Why u never answer my phone calls? I only get to speak to her 2-3 times in months to get my paper work ready to turn in. How can I turn in something or do something if u wouldn't tell me what's us missing or needed. What a joke!
