cancellation antivirus avast nexway

i was aware only march 12 when i received my master card scotia. i want you cancel order 30970089, customer number 2474398 bill number 2186030  reference number avast002a31renabo. i never ask for it and don't want anymore automatic payment. i know that it's more than 30 days but i know only when i received bill of my credit card so march 12.  thank you for cooperation
