i ordered a serum and face cream trail from them, paid 4.85 for postage and they billed my credit card for 84.00 for another order! I did not order! No phone number to call them.

    Hi Everyone, that is having problem with this company { Regenere face lift cream} taking your money from your account.{credit card} I was done the same way. I was charged $4.99 for shipping and handling 14 days later I was charged  $89.92 at the time of ordering nothing was explain regarding a trial. I just call the number 1877-240-9369 cancelled and ask not to charge my card again. false advertising.

      Do not send me any more products I only wanted the trial and that's all I will pay for or I will take this to my bank and dispute this

    total scam
    they charge you, don't provide phone numbers where to contact you; even if you get a refuns, you need to return the product and pay for shipping  by yourself (so they get the $4. 99 that they charge you, and then you need to return the product, and pay for shipping yourself again)

    Same thing happened to me.  Wanted to try product,ordered and charged S&H then 14 days later credit card charged for $89.92 for product I didn't order.  I have two phone #...haven't called yet but here they are.....855-249-5944 and 877-240-9369.

    I got scammed by this company,also.  I called my credit card company and they are putting a stop on the charges.

    There is a phone number but you have to hunt for it. It is at the bottom of the website under tiny print saying "contact us".

    I called the number - 877-286-0845 - and the woman, agent 318, tried to tell me that I had to send the product back to them or I would be billed $29.95. I informed her this was illegal and that I would block any payment to them. Do not let them get away with this illegal activity. SCAM.

    Total Scam, I also made the mistake and order this product, it said all you had to pay was 4.99 for shipping and handling and less than 14 days later without ordering anything else and without giving them the authorization to charge my credit card they charged me 89.92.  I called them and was giving the run around and was told unless I could send the product back full I would be billed for 29.95. this is totally illegal, I will also contact my bank and block the payment to them.

    There is a phone number which I called.  It is with a "third party billing company" which is not located in the States.  They told me they would give me a 50% refund if I returned the product and discontinue sending me a monthly shipment.  They neglected to tell me they already charged me for another month.  I told them it was a scam.  There was no notice that I would be charged if I didn't return the product within 15 days and there was no agreement for sending and billing me for the product every month.  I contacted my credit card company and they reversed the charge and blocked future charges from this company.  They were not surprised when I contacted them and seemed to be familiar with my complaint..

    I just got scammed by this company, Paid $9.95 for S & H and they took an additional $84.95 and $89.43 from my account, the eye pump stopped pumping after 4 tries and the cream does not get rid of anything and broke my face out.  I am sending the crap back and demanding they take the charges off.  I did call a number I got from my bank 844-821-5727 and the lady told me I cannot send or cancel order I told her it has not even been 14 days and she said the time started when I clicked the button to order.  I called my bank to report to the fraud department and will be contacting the better business bureau.  I am hoping my bank can block any further charges.  I learned a HARD lesson.  I hope reading this that you do not try this Regenere cream it does not work and they just continue taking your money!

    I started to order the trial size and didn't finish the form. I received two trial sized products and was charged $4.95 each.
    All of a sudden a charge of $89.92 appeared on My statement. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was charged again for $8495.
    I am trying to contact the company,but have had no response.

    Total scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My brother is lawyer>>>>he said the company needs to put back my money in my account or face prosecution for false advertising!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
