Dish Network not standing behind their sales people

A Dish One sales rep told us he could pay off the rest of our current satellite provider if we switch. So we agreed and our account is still not paid! We owe $180 cancellation fee which is going to be with drawn from our account automatically. Dish Network will not will not credit it us, they said our agreement was between the sales rep and us and they have noting to do with it. We were told a check would be mailed this Thursday directly from the sales rep. We will see!
Dish Network should stand behind it's sales rep and honor any promises they make because they are representing the company and getting your money!!! Our sales rep is Eric Rendon. Please do not believe anything he says and do not purchase from him
