Suspected Scam

This company contacted me from a private number out of nowhere with a threatening message that I call back the same day for a recorded statement to show the county clerks office that I am voluntarily complying in regards to the complaint against me. The guy said his name was Christopher, I called the number he left and a women answered and identified herself as Megan. Long story short, after I made some calls to my attorney and former creditor, I suspected a scam. I called the number again and asked for Christopher, the same lady said he wasn't available, I told her he left me a message and I wanted to talk to him. She then became defensive and rude and said, "Didn't I already talk to you?" I said yes, you did, but I don't believe you, I think this is a scam. She then got ghetto on me and said, "There's no scam about it, I already explained everything to you." Then I asked what city the company is based out of and she hung up on me.  She basically tried to sound professional and use big words and intimidate me until I called her out. And the company they said filed a complaint against me denied it and said they know nothing of this ACS company. I think it's a
scam and they bailed as soon as they realized I wasn't falling for their crap. I filed a complaint with FTC online against them.
