Scam email sent to me, today 4/1/2016 trying to steal $840.00 stating: I owed $840.00 to Cash Advance Inc."

This is the last and final chance for you"

"An arrest warrant will be issued on 4/5/2016."

"You failed to respond to written warning on March 8, 2014."

"If you fail to respond in the next 24 hours then we will register this case in court."

"And we will be Emailing/Fax this issue to your current employer to make sure they take strict action against you.  Your salary and all your wages confiscated."

"the law suite will be the next step which will be amounting to $6300.00"

"if you want to resolve this matter then immediately contact us through email - national_debt_recovery@usa.com"

    the name they used was officer mike anderson....which apparently has been used before in this scam.  officer mike anderson does exist, an is retired from the financial crime enforcement, which btw is a federal agency that investigates money luandering,  so yeah....also says we can sue the creditor an the recovery agency....we can sue cash advance, an the national debt recovery agency, for harrassment and attempted fraud.

    Thank you for easing my mind. I just received the exact same email. I responded with asking for official documentation regarding my debt. I doubt I will receive a reply.
