Miles& Smiles card

I have held a Miles&Smiles card for a number of years. When trying to book a flight to Istanbul I was tlod that my card no. was incorrect. I had been travelling with this same card TK497550317. I contacted M&S and was told that my password was incorrect- they sent me a new one,,this was not accepted. Now my card has been blocked. I have to ring 90 212 444 0849. This is expensive. I am 83 years old and all I want to do is visit my daughter in Istanbul Will you help please. Regards
