Threatening Call

Received a prerecorded call saying I had been given enough notice and now my case was going to court. Told to call 866-568-4463. I called to find out what exactly that was for and was given too much personal information without being asked to verify a single thing. Was asked to credit card payment immediately or I was going to be served papers to appear in court this Friday. Definitely scared me but when I asked to see this information in writing before making a payment they refused.
