Weak signal

We noticed that our signal has been getting worse for the past few months. We live in Colorado and I contacted Cingular regarding our problem. Almost all calls are now dropped, and the signal is always weak.
Cingular said that they have now have less towers in our area. I asked then to terminate our contract and waive the termination fee. She said No. According to her they still provide signal in my area. It's just not as good as it was before. But I cannot make a single call nowadays. My cell phone now is more like a pager - I see someone calling, I don't answer, and call the number back form my land line. Ridiculous!
