Theft of personal belonging

I was travelling from bhubaneswar to Allahabad by Purusottam Express on 28 sep 2011 in S-11 65-69 berth.  The train when came to Baleswar I was alert and in possession of my trolly bag. As I was travelling with my family all the personal belonging, and a camera worth Rs 20,000/- was in the bag.  As the train was was nearing Kharagpur at 4 AM I fell asleep for 20 minutes. To my dismay I find my bag missing.  The train was still on the platform.  I ran across to the RPF police on the platform and on the train and told my woes.  These scroundels taught me how to keep the luggage and remain awake at night.  I told them I paid to sleep and you are paid to watch dog the thieves.  I want to put forth my point to all the associated personnels of railway i.e Mantri to Sentry to care for their mediocre passengers who do not have any alternate mode of transportation for which I am assured of hardly any thing they can do !
