A call about a grant.

I was told I qualified for a $7500 grant. I'd applied recently for several, as I'm going back to school after an illness, and I stupidly thought it was regarding one of those. The scammers are getting smarter. Makes me afraid to know what information has leaked from WHERE. They got angry when I told them I'd not but a green dot card for $300.00 to "ensure there were no clerical errors". I told the woman that I'm living on a friends couch following an illness, and I don't HAVE $300.00, which is why the $7500 would be SO NICE. She told me it was my problem and hung up on me.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION! Thankfully, my credit is crap, and I only have about $5.00 to my name. But they're getting smarter. Be VERY careful.
